Our contribution to the SDGs.
The Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) were adopted by the United Nations in 2015 as a universal call to action to end poverty, protect the planet, and ensure that by 2030 all people enjoy peace and prosperity.
While attacking these goals may seem like a daunting task, we can each do our part by addressing them in our respective communities. 314 in Focus serves as a contributor towards quality education (4), decent work and economic growth (8), and reduced equalities (10). All of our services are free, and open to anyone regardless of race, religion, or socioeconomic status.
STL Changemakers, a summer program organized by the Missouri Historical Society, CIVITAS, and the UNA-STL, allows high schoolers to analyze St. Louis’ contemporary issues, and address them with the help of the SDGs. Learn more about the program here.
